Creative Healthcare Services Corp. provides licensed, in-home support that addresses the health and emotional needs of individuals with developmental disabilities through Clinical Support Services. These services are overseen by qualified professionals to support ongoing medical management and emotional well-being.

These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Mental health support, including individual counseling or therapy
• Medication education, administration support, and coordination with prescribers
• Care coordination with primary care and specialty providers
• Monitoring of chronic conditions and symptom management

• Crisis prevention, de-escalation strategies, and emergency planning
